Temperatures are starting to drop. Start prepping the facility so that it functions optimally for the winter months. The temperature will need to be maintained as it gets colder. A well-maintained HVAC also ensures people are only exposed to healthy indoor air quality.

Prepare accordingly for the storm by cleaning up and debris or sediment build-up in advance. After the storm, follow up by looking at drainage systems surface deterioration or vegetation growth.
