BOSTON, October 8, 2024 — Tomorrow.io, the leading Resilience Platform™, today announced that it has been awarded a $2.27 million contract under NOAA NESDIS’s Commercial Weather Data Pilot (CWDP). This contract, part of NOAA’s initiative to assess the quality of commercial weather data, will allow the organization to evaluate the impact of Tomorrow.io’s Microwave Sounder data on numerical weather prediction models over the course of a one-year study.
